There are some jobs that typically a man would hold over a women. During the hiring process, the jobs that are higher up in the company are typically given to men over women. This is not fair due to the fact that, for example: nursing and guidance counselors are typically women. Even though they are typically women, in the hiring process the person doing the hiring won't prefer to choose a woman over a man, they are considered to be equal.
